Legal draft

Terms of Service

This is a review-ready draft covering the public marketing website and informational product/pricing descriptions. It requires owner and legal review before publication as binding terms.

Owner / legal review required before publication. Pricing packages described on this site are planned and not a live offer to contract until billing is operational.

1. Agreement

By using the LLCOrbit marketing website, you agree to these draft terms once they are finalized and published. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Informational nature of this site

The marketing website explains the LLCOrbit product direction and planned packages. It does not by itself create a paid subscription, grant product access, or process payments.

3. Planned pricing

Prices and LLC limits shown (Solo, Growth, Portfolio) are planned packages communicated for transparency. They are not a live commercial offer until checkout and billing are enabled and these terms are updated accordingly.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in an abusive manner, misrepresent affiliation with LLCOrbit, or use site content to deceive others.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product descriptions are owned by the LLCOrbit operator or used under license. You may not copy substantial portions for competing commercial use without permission.

6. No warranties for marketing content

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. Product visuals may use fictional demo records for illustration. No warranty is made that the hosted product will match every marketing illustration at every moment in time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLCOrbit and its operators should not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing website. Final liability language must be reviewed by counsel for the applicable jurisdiction.

8. Contact

Questions about these draft terms may be sent to the configured contact address once NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL is set.
